Full refund is only applicable:
1. if you recieve your order in a damage condition
2. if you do not recieve your order in 40-60 days period.
Inorder for the refund to be done, we will request a picture/photo of an evidence to show that the good(s) is/are damage, when it is proven then the refund will be processed and your money will be applied to your credit card with in 5-10 business days, or we will send out to you a new product to replace the damage goods or goods not recieve depending on the settlement we will arrive at.
Cancellation on orders:
After you placed an order, you have 24 hours to contact us at [email protected] to request order change, order cancellation, change of address.
After 24 hours, when your order is shipped out to you we can not refund or make any change on the order.
Why I have not recieve my refund yet?
If you have not recieve your refund yet, first check your bank account again, if your fund is not available in your account then check your credit card company, there is time difference in processing refund depending on country's bank to bank.
